Meet our team!

Maureen L Kelly Managing Director Maureen has been with the Company since 1995 and holds a Diploma in Auctioneering and Estate Agency from Queen’s University. Maureen has an in-depth knowledge of the Residential Letting Industry and oversees the running of the business. Empowerment of employees through involvement with the running of the business has resulted in the long running success the business has enjoyed.

Lesley-Anne Warnock Director Lesley-Anne joined the Company 10 years ago upon graduating from Queen’s University. Following a period of time away bringing up her family, she re-joined three years ago ensuring that the long term management of clients is of paramount importance.

Dean Stevens Director Dean joined the Company three years ago and looks after the marketing of the business. Dean is responsible for carrying out viewings, property inspections and advising landlords of legal requirements prior to letting their property. He adopts a proactive approach to business.

Dawn Ferguson Office Manager Dawn has been with The Rental Company since its formation and has an in-depth knowledge of the Lettings Industry. Dawn regularly attends training courses and seminars to ensure that she keeps fully up to date with current legislation. She manages larger portfolios, maintaining regular contact with clients and tenants. Dawn leads her team with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Clare Patterson Property Manager Clare joined the Company in 2002 and has successfully progressed through the ranks to become Senior Property Manager. Clare is responsible for carrying out valuations, inventories, safety checks and liaises regularly with both Landlord and Tenant. She places great emphasis on maintaining good relationships through regular communication.

Liz Dalzell Accounts Administrator Liz comes from a financial background and gained residential letting experience with a Property Management Company prior to moving to The Rental Company in 2009. She currently is responsible for all aspects of finance, maintaining client rent accounts, credit control and providing clients with regular statements.

Elaine Law Senior Receptionist Elaine joined the Company in 2008 coming from a Customer Service role within the travel industry. As senior receptionist Elaine places great importance on customer service and aims to provide the most efficient, professional and yet friendly service possible.

Sara Robson Receptionist Joining the Company in 2002 coming from a banking background, Sara took on many roles within the Company but soon settled in to the reception role where her customer service skills are apparent. Her telephone manner with both Landlords and Clients has been frequently commented on.
